Our Seashell Retreat is a two storey, three bedroom retreat ideally suited to the larger family or two families. With only a short walk to the beach these spacious retreats enjoy stunning ocean views from their upstairs living area. This retreat features: main bedroom (q/s bed) with ensuite, 2nd bedroom (q/s bed) & 3rd bedroom (4 bunks). Fully equipped kitchen, lounge room, dining room and large balcony. Reverse cycle air conditioning, ironing cabinet and personal BBQ.

Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit for the first night of your stay is required on booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. For Christmas Holiday weeks a more substantial deposit of approximately 45% of full tariff will be required. Full payment will be required on Christmas Holiday bookings for accommodation only by the 30 November 2013. Changes and Cancellations – In the event of a cancellation, a $20 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit paid. If more than 7 days (Holiday Seasons & Long Weekends more than 30 days) notice has been given, the balance of the deposit paid will be refunded. If notice of cancellation is less than 7 days (Holiday Seasons & Long Weekends less than 30 days), a balance of the deposit will only be given if the accommodation/site has been relet for the same period previously reserved (full consecutive nights only). Reception hours are 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. No accommodation/site number is guaranteed. One vehicle only per site. Extra charge for additional vehicles, applicable on availability. Day visitor charge of $10 per adult and $5 per child applies to day visitors who are guests of Park Guests but who are not themselves staying in the Park. For accommodation, a Fri/Sat rate includes 4pm Sunday checkout - subject to availability (not available school holidays or long weekends). Bonds may apply at checkin for group bookings (4 adults) and for other items such as keys. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays are applicable and shown on rates/availability screen. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm. Fri/Sat cabin rate includes 4pm checkout on Sunday (not applicable in school holidays or long weekends) We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
