Things to See and Do in Central Coast

Gosford is an enticing town with several engrossing attractions. Be wowed by captivating creatures at the Australian Reptile Park or view touring exhibitions at the Gosford Regional Gallery.

Gosford is within easy reach of Brisbane Water National Park, home to Aboriginal cultural sites, wildflowers, bountiful wildlife, and glorious views.

Also accessed from Gosford, Bouddi National Park displays various Aboriginal sites and a profusion of wildlife as well as an old paddle steamer wreck.

Terrigal is a favourite among surfers and it’s easy to join the action. Various surf schools are in session at this Central Coast beauty, but its beach suits other pursuits like swimming, diving, and fishing. Terrigal’s restaurants and cafés create further appeal.

The Entrance is perched on premium land – this is where Tuggerah Lake greets the ocean. Naturally, radiant beaches are prolific and suit swimming, surfing, and fishing. Or stroll through town on a self-guided heritage walk or cycle around the lake. Families take note: pelican feeding is held daily at 3.30pm and is sure to enthrall little ones.

Wyong has an assortment of experiences. Head to TreeTop Adventure Park where you can swing through the forest on flying foxes and take part in other challenges. Or sample tasty local produce at Little Creek Cheese or the Wyong Milk Factory.
