Larger in dimension than our standard Tamar Villas, these units seamlessly integrate accessibility with elegance. Each bright and welcoming villa offers expansive views over the jumping pillow and playground, catering perfectly to guests of all needs, including those seeking enhanced mobility features.
The open-plan layout of our Accessible Tamar Villas ensures every visitor, irrespective of their mobility needs, can enjoy a seamless and fulfilling stay. Each villa is equipped with a contemporary ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen television, and a reverse cycle air-conditioner, delivering comfort year-round.
While enjoying your stay, you can relish a moment on your private veranda with a tea, coffee, or a choice of local wine as the younger ones play nearby. For your convenience, on-site laundrette facilities are available 24/7, alongside a designated BBQ and outdoor seating area. Our providore and gift shop, open during office hours, allows guests to indulge in local Tasmanian goods and wares.
Please note that while linen is provided, only the ensemble will be made up for nominated occupants.

Open daily, 7 days a week. Summer hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Winter hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Christmas Day.
Changes and Cancellation
Cancellations of a booking received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, can be processed in 2 ways: the deposit amount is refundable, less a $30 administration fee, or the full deposit amount is held as a credit to put towards a future stay, to be used within 6 months. Cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeit of the deposit and full balance paid. Change of dates can be made at any time up until 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Changes made within 30 days are also subject to availability. Any change of rates for the new travel dates will require payment of the difference at the time the changes are applied.

Deposits and Payments
To confirm your reservation/s, a deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card. Failure to receive a deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the booking/s. Payment of the final remaining balance is due prior to 30 days of your arrival date. Failure to receive the final balance payment 30 days prior to your arrival will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and the forfeit of the deposit. Some transaction fee's may apply.

Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. All cabin accommodation is non-smoking.
Australian Standards maintain that children need to be 9 years old or older to sleep on the top bunk in cabin accommodation, and even though it's fun, they are not allowed to play on the top bunk. Please make your booking with this in mind.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- Not be the person named on the booking request.
- Be deemed to be carrying out unlawful activities.
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
- Not be able to pay for any charges.
- Who may cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
- That may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
- Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
- Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
