Social Program

This year’s social program will allow delegates to kick up their heels and enjoy stunning settings that Cairns has to offer with the Welcome Dinner, Wednesday Dinner and the highlight – Gala Awards Dinner, where parks are recognised for their brilliance.

First Timers Welcome Function

This event is exclusive, invite only function for first time attendee’s of the BIG4 National Conference. First timers are given the opportunity to meet and greet BIG4 staff and suppliers in an informal setting, whilst meeting and networking with other conference first timers!

Welcome Dinner

All conference delegates are invited to attend BIG4 Welcome Dinner– a great way to kick of an action packed week of conferencing and good times. This is a great opportunity for all BIG4 members to meet up with old friends and colleagues, and to introduce themselves to BIG4’s newest members.

BIG4 welcomes all of its delegates and guests with a sumptuous buffet, in one of Cairns’ most pleasant backdrops the Daintrees Pooldeck at the Cairns International.

Wednesday Dinner

The Cairns Colonial Club Resort sets a stunning scene for the Wednesday evening dinner for BIG4 delegates - the resort is set within 11 acres of tropical gardens, so make sure you are there to enjoy a BIG4 slice of Tropical North Queensland and support the BIG4 charity - the Clown Doctors.

Gala Awards Dinner

The Gala Awards Dinner is set to be the highlight of this year’s social program. This is a special night to reflect on the past year and celebrate all BIG4 members’ contributions to BIG4 and the Holiday Park industry. Not only will all delegates’ hard work be recognised, but those who have ended up on top will be applauded.
