Sessions will cover a range of areas including recent changes within the industry that may affect your business, as well as business marketing and operations strategies to assist your business in reaching its full potential. Siteminder, Netroomz, RMS and ROS hands-on workshops for beginners to advanced operators are also scheduled to ensure you are getting the most out of your booking system.

This years program will be a stimulating mix, including:

  • keynote presenters to inform and arm delegates with information for future success
  • plenary sessions that will enlighten and explain new ideas and ways of thinking
  • workshops to attend and discuss new techniques and how you can apply them for your own use
  • forums to share and discuss issues and ideas
