BIG4 Club Membership Conditions 

1. Applicability

(a) BIG4 Club Membership (and all benefits attaching thereto) is available to you if you are a current member.

(b) The benefits set out below, and applies only for, tourist use by you, if you are a BIG4 Club Member, and is not for use by, and has no application to, permanent, annual or long term park residents.

(c) You acknowledge that each BIG4 Holiday Park is operated pursuant to a franchise right granted by BIG4 Holiday Parks Of Australia Pty Ltd to individual franchisees (BIG4 Holiday Parks) and that each BIG4 Member Benefits Partner is an independent contractor who aside from its franchise relationship has no other relation with BIG4 Holiday Parks Of Australia Pty Ltd.

(d) BIG4 Club Membership is personal to you and is not transferable, assignable, or refundable. Further, BIG4 Club Membership is not capable of being converted into cash.

2. Discounts

(a) BIG4 offers its Members a discount on accommodation at BIG4 Holiday Parks subject to certain conditions.

(b) This discount is currently a 10% saving (to a maximum of $40 per BIG4 Holiday Park per stay). One BIG4 Club Membership provides savings for one site or one accommodation unit per BIG4 Holiday Park per stay (the BIG4 Club Membership Discount).

(c) The BIG4 Club Membership Saving may be claimed at any BIG4 Holiday Park unless otherwise notified to you.

(d) To obtain the BIG4 Club Membership Saving, bookings must be made directly with the individual proprietor of the BIG4 Holiday Park at which accommodation is sought. Each BIG4 Holiday Park makes available details of the Member saving details and descriptions which are provided by each business and may be subject to availability or change.

(e) In order to claim the BIG4 Membership Saving you must have a valid BIG4 Membership at the time of check in.

(f) In order to claim benefits from BIG4 Member Benefit Partners, you must present your valid BIG4 Membership Card to the BIG4 Member Benefit Partner. The membership must be valid at both times. In the event that the transaction is being made by phone or via the internet, you must give details of your valid BIG4 Club Membership to the relevant BIG4 Member Benefits Partner at the time of the relevant transaction. If you do not show or give details of your membership to the relevant BIG4 Member Benefits Partner at the time of purchase (unless specified otherwise) you may not claim the BIG4 Club Membership Benefit.

(g) The BIG4 Club Membership Saving is not available in conjunction with other savings, offers and/or reward program vouchers.

(h) Bookings made through agents or other intermediaries are not eligible for the BIG4 Club Membership Saving.

(i) BIG4 Holiday Parks Of Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for:
(i) any matters arising from the supply of these discounts or any variation from descriptions; or
(ii) in relation to accepting, or facilitating for, any bookings.

4. Currency of Membership

(a) The BIG4 Club Membership shall remain current and valid from the date of purchase of the BIG4 Club Membership until the expiry date (as appearing on the BIG4 Membership card).and may be used during anytime of the year whilst the BIG4 Club Membership is current.

(b) Should you lose, misplace or for any reason require a replacement BIG4 Club Membership card, these are available from any BIG4 Holiday Park or from BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd at a cost of $10.

5. No credit provided

For the avoidance of doubt, the BIG4 Club Membership card is not a credit card, EFTPOS card or any other card giving rise to the access of cash.

6. Change or cancellation of benefits

BIG4 may in its discretion:

(a) change these terms and conditions without prior notice to you;

(b) change any of the benefits or the participating BIG4 Member Benefit Partners at any time without prior notice;

(c) suspend or terminate the BIG4 Membership program at any time without prior notice.

7. Free Book Ahead Service for BIG4 Club Members

(a) BIG4 Holiday Parks offer a free Book Ahead Service between BIG4 Holiday Parks to ensure your accommodation is confirmed at your next destination. Ask about this service when you next check in at any BIG4 Holiday Park.

(b) You simply pay the first night's accommodation or site fees for your next BIG4 Holiday Park as a deposit and you will be immediately given a receipt confirming the arrangements.

(c) This deposit is subject to strict cancellation policies. Reservations using this service are subject to site availability and must be made while you are at a BIG4 Holiday Park.

8. Money Back Guarantee

As a BIG4 Club Member you enjoy an exclusive Money Back Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with the facilities or service of a BIG4 Holiday Park within one hour of check-in, your registration fees will be cheerfully refunded subject to the following conditions:

(a) In order to receive a refund, the BIG4 Holiday Park reception must be notified within one hour of check-in that the accommodation is unsatisfactory.

(b) Guests must check out of the park at that time.

9. Warnings and Disclaimers

(a) You acknowledge that BIG4 Holiday Parks are operated by BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd, and that BIG4 Holiday Parks Of Australia Pty Ltd (as the franchisor) accepts no liability in the event of any failure by such BIG4 Holiday Parks or Member Benefits Partners to offer or otherwise provide the BIG4 Club Membership Discount or otherwise comply with these conditions. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to bring any claim against BIG4 Holiday Parks Of Australia Pty Ltd in relation to any failure by a BIG4 Holiday Parks or Member Benefits Partner to honour a BIG4 Club Membership Discount or these conditions.

(b) BIG4 Club Membership does not guarantee accommodation.
