BIG4 Holiday Parks aim to provide you with a range of facilities to help make your holidays all the more relaxing.  Each park offers a unique experience, so while the facilities may vary from park to park, the common aim is to ensure that we provide you with the comfort and convenience you need to really enjoy your holiday.

Sullage
Sullage is available for the removal of grey water from powered/ensuite sites. To guarantee availability, these sites must be pre-booked.

Wireless Internet
If you like to not only surf the waves but the information highway, then we have got you covered. Many BIG4 Parks  offer wireless internet around the park's grounds. And BIG4 Parks with Net4 allow you to use your Net4 credits at any BIG4 Net4 participating park.

Dog Policy
As of 1 July 2011, BIG4 are now allowing dogs at selected parks, on application at the Manager's discretion.  All BIG4 Holiday Parks accept medically required guide, hearing or disability dogs as required by law.

Commitment to Excellence
The accreditation tick shown throughout our website shows a commitment to excellence and quality in our customer service. To receive accreditation BIG4 Parks must provide the highest standards based on best management practices. Accreditation is granted by state offices through the National Tourism Accreditation Program.
