To claim your souvenirs you need to send your BIG4 Passport in to:

Your BIG4 Passport will be returned to you by mail. Ensure you allow 10 business days for the return of your BIG4 Passport. BIG4 Passport stamps will then be verified and your souvenir posted to you within 4 weeks of verification. Souvenir rewards will only be posted to an address within Australia.
